Open your eyes to the beauty within. Recognise your inner wisdom and infinite potential. See your creativity, compassion, strength. Embrace yourself fully, accepting your beautiful, radiant facets as well as those that might seem flawed – they’re part of the enchanting package that makes you, distinctly you.

Accepting your own divinity can make it easier to connect with the infinite. Conversely, connecting with the infinite can make it easier to embrace the beauty within.

Chanting Shabad Hazare balances the negative mind and can ease a sense isolation or separation. You can experience a sense of union with the infinite. In the ecstasy of this state, past wounds of the heart can heal.
