PREGNANCY YOGA

Kundalini Yoga offers an array of tools to help a woman take care of herself during pregnancy, get ready for birth, and prepare for motherhood.

What’s Kundalini Yoga?

The oldest of all traditional forms of yoga, Kundalini is considered to be the mother of all yogas. It is a comprehensive practice that includes pranayama (breathwork), asana (posture), kriya (a series of exercises), mantra, and meditation.

It’s a spiritual practice as well as physical one.

Live Music

Music plays a big part in Kundalini Yoga. Sacred chants, healing instruments, and harmonious vocals can enhance your practice. We’ve had the pleasure of hosting Simrit, Ajeet, and Aykanna to name a few.

There is something more in Kundalini Yoga than the exercises you do.
It is the flow of energy, it is the power, it is the excellence.
