What’s Kundalini Yoga?
The oldest of all traditional forms of yoga, Kundalini is considered to be the mother of all yogas. It is a comprehensive practice that includes pranayama (breathwork), asana (posture), kriya (a series of exercises), mantra, and meditation.
It’s a spiritual practice as well as physical one.
£40 for 40 days.
"There is a natural 40-day rythym to habits in the body and mind. It takes about 40 days of consistent practice to break a habit."
Music plays a big part in Kundalini Yoga. Sacred chants, healing instruments, and harmonious vocals can enhance your practice. We’ve had the pleasure of hosting Simrit, Ajeet, and Aykanna to name a few.
