How Commitment Supports a Steady Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Practice

Saturday 7 March | 6-9pm

Many sincere practitioners want a daily meditation or yoga practice, yet struggle to keep it consistent amid the realities of daily life. This three-hour online workshop offers a supportive and practical approach to making sadhana sustainable rather than idealized.

Through a guided Kundalini Yoga kriya and meditations, participants will explore how commitment — approached gently and realistically — becomes a source of strength rather than pressure. Clear instruction will be offered on how to meditate more deeply, how to begin again after interruptions, and how to establish a daily rhythm that fits into ordinary life.

Kundalini Yoga and meditation provide tools for personal transformation, helping to clear habitual patterns and cultivate clarity, steadiness, and resilience. Over time, even a modest morning practice can support better decision-making, reduced reactivity to stress, and a greater sense of direction and purpose.

As Jot Singh Khalsa teaches, “If Kundalini Yoga and meditation are not the premier toolkit on planet Earth today to help free ourselves karmically, achieve success, and serve humanity wisely and with a smile, they are among the very best.” The emphasis of this workshop is not perfection, but participation — beginning with simple, manageable steps, often just 20–45 minutes at the start of the day.

The session includes instruction, experiential practice, small-group discussion, and time for questions. Participants will leave with practical guidance for starting or renewing a daily practice and the confidence to continue at home.

No previous Kundalini Yoga experience is required. All levels are welcome.
