JOY is a yoga studio that specialises in Kundalini Yoga and meditation. There are daily classes, workshops, and training, all drawing from the Kundalini tradition.

The studio is for YOU. Regardless of your age, your ability, your race, your ethnicity, your religion, your gender identity, your sexual orientation. You’re welcome at JOY. You’re valuable and have unique gifts to share with the world. Through the practice of kundalini yoga and meditation, you may find that you feel more comfortable being YOU and can more easily access your innate talents including your creativity, wisdom, and intuition.

Kundalini has many facets and there’s something for everyone. Our regular classes vary from day to day. They can include rigorous exercises or more gentle, meditative practices. (Note: Kundalini meditation is rarely still. Meditations tend to be active with movements, mantra, and breathwork.)

JOY also offers advanced training. Courses include Levels 1 and 2 Teacher Training, 21 Stages of Meditation, and more.

A place for healing

Kundalini Yoga draws from a healing tradition. Regular Kundalini classes are therapeutic in and of themselves. But there are opportunities for you to go deeper.
