Message from Simranjeet Kaur
During my 30 year career as a London Police Detective Inspector, I was exposed to sexual violence, domestic abuse crimes, murder. This repeated exposure to humankind in its rawest form was highly stressful and resulted in acute trauma for me as well as burnout.
It was the love of the spirit within that took me through that work, it's my love of Kundalini Yoga and the profound healing I found through my own practice that allows me now to experience harmony in the world.
If you would like to learn how I did this then experience the tools of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan and come to this workshop and immersion. I will introduce you to the course I have written about trauma which has been accredited by the CMA, a non-profit organisation which supports and promotes complementary healthcare.
A retired London Police Detective Inspector, Simranjeet is a KRI Level 1 and Level 2 Kundalini Yoga teacher. Simranjeet has been teaching kundalini yoga since 2012. Her work with trauma has been accredited by the Complementary Medical Association.
