Day to day we can fill our minds with thoughts of what is wrong, what could be better and what might be better soon. We can plan and scheme and project about how things will be different when such and such takes place, and how everything will change when this and that comes to fruition.

In the first of three workshops from the Kundalini Yoga Collective exploring different aspects of Prana, or Life Force, Preetam looks at how we can fall in love with our own lives.
We work with Kundalini Yoga breathing exercises, gong healing and re-birthing techniques to:-
