"Command your breath and command your mind!" ~ Yogi Bhajan
The first and last things we do in this physical lifetime are to take a breath. Along with oxygen, nitrogen, and carbon dioxide, the breath contains prana.
Oxygen is our life blood and prana is our life force it is the vital power that energizes the mind, body, and consciousness.
The breath is a powerful ally. It is your best friend.
When you breathe properly it helps you remain centered and calm.
When under stress, bringing consciousness to the breath can bring your back into yourself .
And breath can also be a hugely transformational tool.
In this workshop you will learn to use the breath to:
- energise, centre and uplift yourself
- detoxify and support physical healing
- shift stored emotions
- strengthen your nervous system
We will also present some easy breathing techniques that can quietly support you in everyday life.
We will work Pranayam exercises, Kundalini Yoga Kriyas & Meditations and the gong.

In the second, Ratan Veer worked on the Vayus. You are welcome to attend the third without having attended the previous workshops.
