What to expect from an online class
We offer a varied schedule of online classes to help keep you centred, strong and resilient at home. Our full online class schedule is available here.
So how does it work?
It’s simple! Once you have booked an online class (book here), you will immediately receive an email confirming your place with a ‘virtual class’ link. This email will be re-sent 5 minutes prior to your class start time, just in case you accidentally deleted the confirmation email.
A few minutes before the class start time, simply click the ‘virtual class’ link, which will open a Zoom link to access your class. Once you log on, you will be able to see your teacher and the class will begin. You will automatically be muted with your camera turned off, but we encourage you to turn on your camera so that the teacher can see you. This allows the teacher to lead the class while keeping an eye on you, sharing support or adjustments along the way.
At the end of class, there will be an opportunity to ask questions or say hello to your teacher and the other class participants.
What do I need?
Kundalini Yoga requires minimal equipment, but we recommend investing in a yoga mat for your practice. A towel, blanket or carpet can work as well if you don’t have access to a yoga mat. Other than that, come with an open mind and enjoy your home practice!
